4. Disclose all known facts that materially affect the value of a property
5. Present all offers and counter offers in a timely manner
6. Exercise limited or full confidentiality depending on the relationship you chose
7. Perform any duty that falls into the scope of my of representation to you.      

In addition to the duties above I promise to treat you, your family, your home and your possessions with respect, kindness and good humor.

I will most importantly listen to you, counsel you and if I don't know the answer to a question, I will find that answer.
